What size spanners are needed to remove a core from the DDM3 machine?

If you are removing a 1 ¼ UNC wet core from the machine the spanners you will need are 32mm on the spindle and 41mm on the core.

If you are removing a ½ BSP (M) wet core then you will need 32mm on the spindle and 24mm on the core.

If you are removing a ½ BSP (F) dry core from the machine you will need a 22mm on the adaptor and 28mm on the dry core.

My blade has worn quickly?

Please contact us if you require assistance with purchasing the correct blade for a specific use. 

My blade has lost a segment?
Can my diamond blade be used for grinding?

Only specific diamond blades such as the CG750 can be used for grinding.

The majority of Marcrist diamond blades are designed for cutting only.

My blade has no RPM rating on the blade?

The maximum RPM of the diamond will be written on the blade as **** min-1.

Can I use a blade on a machine with a higher RPM rating than stated on the blade?

A blade must never exceed the RPM which is stated on the blade.
