Take a look at our Akkumaxproducts

What are the advantages of an AkkuMAX blade to a conventional diamond blade?

AkkuMAX blades are designed to work for cordless machines.
Improve the battery life, Increase the cutting speed and dramatically improve the total number of cuts that you can do pro battery charge. This means less time per cut giving you an absolute clean cut with maximal precision Reduce the dust and debris.

How much faster will the AkkuMAX blade cut on a cordless angle grinder?

This depends on the blade, your grinder, and the material you are cutting. On average, the AkkuMAX blade will cut approx 50% faster than a conventional top quality blade on a cordless grinder.

How much longer will the battery of my cordless grinder last with an AkkuMAX blade?

This depends on the blade, your grinder and the material you are cutting. On average, the AkkuMAX blade will double the battery life of your cordless grinder.

What materials can I cut with the AkkuMAX blades?

CK850 AkkuMAX: All natural stones and tiles – however hard; including porcelain up to 20mm. If you have to cut porcelain tiles above 20mm, normal tile blades will start to wobble – ask for our FZ850 special blade to cut porcelain tiles that are thicker than 20mm. HW850 AkkuMAX: Wood, plastic, MDF, laminates, chipboard and synthetic materials. It is the perfect blade for roofers. BF850 AkkuMAX: Cuts all building materials; extremely fast and with highest precision. MC850 AkkuMAX: Cuts everything! Does not cut – does not exist. Ideal in particularly for all metals such as cast pipes and chip boards. Ideal for plumbers. See the Marcrist CK850 Akkumax blade.

Can I fit my AkkuMAX blades on a corded grinder?

Yes, AkkuMAX blades are designed to comply with all known safety standards and can be fitted on corded grinders.

The ultra-thin cutting edge gives you the same advantages as when working with a cordless grinder, extreme speed, precision, minimal dust, debris, and wear-off.

Be aware: The CK850 AkkuMAX contains a special segment of the usage with cordless angle grinders. It performs BETTER on a cordless machine than on a corded grinder. It can be used on a normal/corded grinder but you must avoid repeated cuts without letting the blade cool down otherwise, the segment can burn out.

The trigger lock button is stuck in the machine and will not release?

Please ensure when completing routine maintenance the trigger mechanism is cleaned and dust-free.

To release the trigger from the lock, press the trigger switch inwards and move the trigger switch to the left and right this will release the trigger.

What is the thread size of the DDM3 spindle?

The external thread of the DDM3 is 1 ¼ UNC, the internal thread is ½" BSP (F).

How do I attach my dry core to the DDM3?

You can attach the dry core to the DDM3 using the following Adaptor .

The DDM3 is not going into gear correctly?

Ensure the power supply is off. When selecting any gear rotate the drill spindle slowly, while turning the selector to the appropriate speed. This will ensure a smooth selection of gear.

Do not change gears when the tool is rotating and in use. Failure to follow this instruction could result in damage to the machine.

The water attachment on the DDM3 is leaking water?

Check the seals on the water pipe attachment are not damaged or perished.
If the seals are damaged or perished please replace the items.
Adding a send washer to the back half of the water connection can improve the seal to the DDM3 machine.

My DDM3 is weeping fluid/oil from the hole in the front of the gearbox when the machine is hot?

The fluid leaking from the hole next to the gear selector gearbox is grease, there is a grease jacket protecting the gearbox bearing from the water inlet in the front of the gearbox.

Melted grease leaking from the grease jacket would indicate the front bearing is getting hot. Please let the machine cool down and check the core to see if it is working correctly.
